Matt Matthews
Principal, Founder & CEO
C3 principal and founder Matt Matthews has over 24 years of consulting experience for businesses of many types and sizes. Seven of the years he spent at Ernst & Young LLP where he was one of the most experienced implementers of the Oracle E-Business Suite and a leader of their Oracle Practice on the West Coast. He is a dedicated individual that strives for efficiency and quality without sacrificing either.
Matt is an expert in Oracle E-Business Suite Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution and CRM modules and the business functional areas they serve. He also has vast project planning and management experience. As a seasoned Oracle E-Business technologist, Matt’s experience focuses on architecture, installation, SQL and report writing experience.
Previously, Matt was a CEO of a corporation operating a small service business and also worked in the banking industry. Matt’s educational background includes a B.S. & M.B.A from University of Southern California.
Steve Martin
Principal, Founder & CFO
C3 principal and founder Steve Martin has many qualifications which include over 18 years of operations and consulting experience. He is an experienced executive that manages and executes based on knowledge of the big picture. Steve evaluates situations based on business benefits and win-win solutions and he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty in the detail as needed.
Steve maintains functional expertise with most all the Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution and Human Resources modules of Oracle E-Business Suite. He also has vast project planning and management experience. In the technical areas, Steve has architecture/installation, SQL and report writing experience.
Prior to consulting, Steve was a CFO of a corporation operating a small service business and also Operations Director for a Major Telecommunications company. Steve’s educational background includes a B.S. from Northern Arizona University.
Tim Butler
Principal & Chief Technology Officer
Tim Butler supervises and coordinates the technical resources for most of the C3 Business Solutions projects. With over 20 years in ERP applications, development, database technology, system administration, and networking infrastructure, C3’s clients feel confident in Tim’s technical leadership.
He has been working extensively in Oracle E-Business Suite and database technology for the last 10 years. His E-Business background, starting as the CIO of the first company to implement release 11.0.3, includes an extensive blend of functional and technical skills acquired through system implementations, point release upgrades, software development and system integration experience.
Prior to joining C3 Business Solutions, Tim held managerial positions implementing and improving ERP systems to improve operational efficiency of small to mid-sized businesses. He also served on the Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG) national board of directors.
Mr. Butler brings to every project an excellent grasp of business process knowledge, effective communication skills, and results oriented project management.
John Findel
Principal & VP Manufacturing Apps
John Findel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with roughly 20 years of experience in finance, auditing and operations combined with 8 years of consulting.
John maintains functional expertise with most all the Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution and Project Accounting modules for Oracle E-Business. He also is especially strong in cost accounting, project planning and management. In the technical areas, John has vast amount of problem solving and report writing experience.
Prior to consulting, John held controllership, cost management and operational auditing positions for a major international electronics manufacturer. Prior to his private industry experience, he spent 4 plus years in public accounting with a top international firm. John’s educational background includes a B.S. from San Diego State University with a minor in Economics.
Lauree Oden
Principal & VP Accelerate Apps
Over 19 years of operations management consulting experience have given Lauree Oden a strong grasp of emerging business trends and processes. She also has the proven ability and enthusiasm to successfully manage software implementations in a demanding, fast-paced and multi-task project environment. As an excellent people person with superior organizational and management skills, Lauree has the ability to tackle tough issues that can arise in the day-to-day activities of any project.
Lauree’s experience includes software selection and implementation, business process re-engineering, business requirements development, software integration, proposal creation & project planning, process analysis and documentation, software assessments, staff coaching, reviews & mentoring, post sales support and project management. Lauree has functional expertise with the CRM, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Procurement modules for Oracle E-Business Suite.
Prior to consulting, Lauree held positions in financial management and service operations for various companies. Lauree’s educational background includes a B.S. from Cal Poly State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
