Oracle Application Upgrades For Mid-Market Businesses

C3 is an Oracle Platinum Partner with years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle software for customers. We have cultivated a proven methodology for upgrading Oracle Customers since 1998, and we have performed hundreds (100s) of upgrades, including everything from point releases to major releases.

Upgrades can be tricky to plan and execute. Technically, you may want to switch hardware, operating systems, database, or middleware version. Functionally, there are new areas to learn, existing areas to confirm, and customizations to verify and update.

Each upgrade should be planned and managed with a minimum of two test iterations that confirm the reliability, consistency, and timing of the technical, functional, and administrative steps prior to your production upgrade. Also don’t forget to perform your balance verification steps between each upgrade.
