Ready to Implement Oracle?

C3 Business Solutions specializes in implementing Oracle Applications, including On-Premise and Cloud, for small to mid-sized businesses in Southern California. Our expert consultants have a wealth of software implementation experience and business process knowledge. We serve locally in order to minimize consultant costs for our clients.

Implementations can be quite costly if not done properly the first time. Our implementations are tailored to the needs of each client and leverage the strengths of our methodology. No two implementations are exactly the same and they are never routine.

We can do complex implementations that require business process re-engineering in traditional form, configurations with business workflows that are specific to your industry or something in between.

Our proven methodology is 30-60% faster!

We call it C3iR.

1. Launch

After the contract is signed, the project officially kicks off. A project charter is created and the planning meeting is scheduled. We focus on refining the project strategy, confirm the project scope and align team expectations.

2. Assemble

The Assemble phase functionally configures your ERP software. As a team, we discuss your business processes and the data needed for configuration. Initial testing is performed to ensure the system operates as expected and test lists are built.

3. Build

The Build phase is the development of the other components needed for the implementation. Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration (CEMLI) or customizations are built to suit your needs including any custom interfaces, reports and applications.

4. Blueprint

With the delivery of the Assemble and Build phases, our implementation representative’s setup “hand’s off” validation sessions. The configuration and custom components are refined.

5. Check Point

This mandatory step is to ensure all prior phases were properly completed. As a quality control measure, this step controls other project aspects including scope and cost.

6. Validate

The Validate Phase is hands-on, end-to-end software testing during the first Conference Room Pilot (CRP-1). During the pilot, individual modules and unit processes are tested by the team. Their progress is measured and tracked. In addition to providing team training, this is a review of the business system as setup in the prior phases.

A second Conference Room Pilot (CRP-2) is executed to ensure all the observations were resolved. With the implementation or upgrade nearly finalized, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is conducted and any pending issues are resolved.

7. Deliver

The Deliver phase focuses on training the end users and finalizing custom user documentation. In conjunction, a plan is prepared listing all the detail items and in date sequences that need to occur prior to Go-Live. After the plan is executed in production, the software is given the green light to Go-Live.

8. Support

While the project has ended, our partnership continues. We offer a wide range of options including ongoing support or support on demand. Both plans offer solutions such as Help Desk, Database Administration (DBA), Triage and Assessments.
