C3 Principal, CEO and founder, Matt Matthews has over 40 years of consulting experience for businesses of many types and sizes. Matt really enjoys helping companies make their business better and effortlessly sees things from a business process perspective. Prior to C3, Matt was a Senior Manager in consulting at Ernst & Young LLP and has implemented accounting software processes for two family businesses.
After years with C3 (since 1997) and vast experience with the major software business processes (e.g. Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution and CRM), Matt mainly acts as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Methodology Custodian (CMC) while performing C-Level Project Management as needed. Matt prides himself on driving results and having software enable businesses to realize real value.
Matt holds a B.S. and M.B.A from the University of Southern California. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, fix-it projects, golfing, surfing and having good times with friends.
